HR Recruiter (Manufacturing Industry) NJA
Recruit Express Pte Ltd
The Job:
- Plan and administer the entire recruitment process to meet the Company's manpower acquisition plan and ensuring Corporate objectives are met
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide proactive recruitment and selection for recruitment activities
- Review and draft job placement advertisement
- Source and manage the employment agencies for job placement
- Accountable for compilation of recruitment/ manpower/ attrition statistics
- Update and maintain employee record in the SAP system
- Conduct exit interview and analyze the reasons for employees' turnover to identify action plan for improvement
Requirement:
- Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience
