B2B Business Development Executive (Food Services) (ID: 712533)

Responsibilities:
Identify and cultivate new B2B opportunities within Singapore.
Target sectors including QSR, foodservice, central kitchens, caterers, hotels, cafes, restaurants, airlines, and institutional clients.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline, tracking opportunity value, timelines, and conversion status.
Coordinate customer samples, product trials, quotations, and business proposals, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with various teams, including R&D, supply chain management, and marketing, to assess product feasibility and commercialisation timelines.
Support bespoke product development and OEM opportunities as applicable.
Manage both new and existing B2B accounts to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Prepare comprehensive business case proposals encompassing pricing, volume, margin, operational needs, and launch schedules.
Provide insights on customer needs and product opportunities related to portfolio development.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or frozen/chilled food sectors.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities, demonstrating a strong hunter mindset.
Previous experience with QSR, foodservice, or distributors is preferred.
Strong commercial acumen and exceptional negotiation skills.
Ability to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and R&D.
