Job Description
- Provide technical expertise and application support to customers across the aviation industry.
- Investigate customer challenges and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Lead product demonstrations, trials, evaluations, and qualification activities.
- Support implementation projects to ensure successful product adoption.
- Build strong relationships with airlines, OEMs, MRO providers, and distribution partners.
- Partner with commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to drive product enhancements and communicate market requirements.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, technical seminars, conferences, and customer workshops.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in application engineering, technical service, field engineering or technical consulting,
- Proven ability to engage customers and provide technical solutions in a commercial environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting product evaluations, technical demonstrations, or implementation projects.
- Ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
