Job Summary:
Lead continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and Change Management across supported business units.
- Lead business process re-engineering and job redesign initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with business units and stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Support operational transformation through technology adoption, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.
- Analyse existing warehouse and supply chain processes to identify cost savings and performance improvement opportunities.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners and project teams.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
- Analyse business processes, systems, and operational performance to identify and prioritise improvement initiatives.
- Promote the effective application of improvement methodologies and tools to achieve sustainable business results.
- Conduct operational research, data analysis, and problem-solving activities to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes and drive organisational change.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Process Re-engineering, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
- Strong experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), organisational design, and job redesign.
- Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
- Experience managing large-scale transformation and supply chain improvement projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various organisational levels.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and certification requirements, including ISO 9001 .
- Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a fully on-site environment.
