Training Executive needed at Tampines - 5 days work week

Primary Responsibilities:

Curriculum and System Development

. Coordinator for OJT system and assist in the development of its blueprint.

. Develop refresher materials based on WSQ training materials and Company Circulatory

. To review WSQ course materials periodically to ensure its effectiveness

. Identify and recommend training needs of departments by continuous communication with department heads.

. Brief and orientate trainers on WSQ training course deliverables before they conduct any WSQ training

. Follow up on pre and post evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.

. Recommend and plan training activities including in-house and external training, workshop and courses.

. Work with vendor on the development of e-Learning design and content

. Management of Learning Management System (LMS) which includes enrolment, monitoring, and tracking

. Support trainers to conduct trainings for multiple locations in Singapore.

Requirements

. Diploma in Human Resource Management/Training or equivalent.

. Minimum 3 years' experience in training design, development, delivery experience or related field preferred.

. Possess in-depth knowledge on vocational training and experience in a newly set-up environment

. ACLP certification is preferred.
