Job Responsibilities
Receive, check and store incoming goods accurately.
Pick, pack, label and prepare orders for delivery.
Load and unload goods safely.
Perform stock receiving, inventory checks and cycle counts.
Conduct basic quality checks on incoming and outgoing goods.
Process customer returns and supplier returns in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain accurate warehouse records using the warehouse management system (WMS) or RF scanner.
Keep the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with safety standards.
Support inventory movement, stock replenishment and warehouse housekeeping.
Assist with delivery preparation and shipping documentation.
Perform basic maintenance checks on warehouse equipment where required.
Support counter sales and respond to basic customer enquiries when needed.
Carry out any other warehouse duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Job Requirements
Prior warehouse experience is an advantage.
Forklift licence is preferred but not mandatory.
Able to lift and move goods when required.
Basic computer skills and experience will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Office hours: 830am - 530pm
- Location: Toh Guan area
