- Manage incoming calls, schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Send treatment reminders and update patient records accurately
- Process patient discharges, dispensing prescribed medication
- Collect payments and issuing receipts
- Assist with CHAS/Medisave/insurance claims
- Record all treatment charges and retail sales
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and presentable front desk area
- Assist Clinic Manager with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Min 2 years experience as clinic reception
- Min Nitec
- Working hours 5.5 days a week (shift)
- Proficient in computer skills
