Job Description:
We are seeking a bright, well-organized, and customer-oriented Salon Receptionist to be the warm first point of contact for our clients. You will manage daily front-desk operations, handle appointments, and ensure that every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious salon experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
● Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional front-desk hospitality.
● Manage appointment scheduling via phone, messaging apps, and booking systems efficiently.
● Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and billing transactions accurately.
● Address client inquiries regarding salon services, pricing, and promotional packages professionally.
● Maintain the neatness and presentation of the reception and waiting area.
● Coordinate with stylists and assistants to ensure smooth salon flow and timely service.
Requirements & Qualifications:
● No prior experience required; training will be provided for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
● Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
● Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital booking or POS systems.
● Well-groomed appearance that aligns with a premium salon environment.
