Working Hours: Regular Office Hours
Employment Type: 12-month Contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate production loading to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
- Work with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure material availability and production readiness.
- Perform capacity analysis and optimize loading plans to maximize manufacturing output.
- Support production scheduling, engineering builds, and operational improvements.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process validation, and system migration activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, automation, and digital solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines).
- Experience in production planning, manufacturing planning, supply chain planning, or industrial engineering is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP is advantageous.
- Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, UAT, automation, AI tools, or digital transformation projects will be an added advantage.
