BIM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models (BIM) for various construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for construction projects.

. Coordinate with project teams to integrate BIM models across various disciplines (architecture, structural, MEP, etc.).

. Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and BIM protocols.

. Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM models.

. Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes.

. Assist in the preparation of documentation, drawings, and reports related to BIM models.

. Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

. Proven experience as a BIM Engineer in the construction industry.

. Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.

. Strong understanding of construction processes and standards.

. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience with large-scale construction projects in Singapore.

. Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.

. Certification in BIM management or relevant software tools.

.Hands-on experience with M&E systems related to boilers or waste management facilities.
