Role Overview
As a Graduate Trainee (Corporate Services), you will receive structured on-the-job training and hands-on exposure to corporate secretarial and compliance matters. This role is suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and looking to develop professional skills in the corporate services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in company incorporation and post-incorporation matters;
- Support preparation and filing of corporate secretarial documents (e.g. resolutions, annual returns, changes in company information);
- Assist with KYC / AML documentation and client due diligence checks;
- Coordinate and prepare documents for bank account opening and work pass applications;
- Maintain accurate client records and statutory registers;
- Communicate with clients and external parties via email in a professional manner;
- Support the team in day-to-day corporate compliance and administrative tasks;
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related fields;
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will be considered;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow checklists and procedures;
- Willingness to learn, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
