Founded in 2021, Longstand Technology Pte Ltd has grown into a multi-faceted enterprise engaged in trade, warehousing, e-commerce, and value-added services. Our journey began with importing and distributing food products from China through wholesale channels and online platforms. Over time, we expanded into online retail on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, diversified our product range, and developed comprehensive e-commerce operational support services. In 2023, we added warehousing and fulfillment solutions tailored for international merchants and introduced company secretarial and qualification application services. From 2024, we became a TikTok Affiliate Partner, and from 2025, a TikTok Service Partner, providing an extensive suite of services including live streaming, creator collaborations, and marketing support.

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Live Streaming Training Manager to lead our live streaming team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the live streaming capabilities of our creators, improve content quality, and maximize engagement and sales performance.
- Develop comprehensive training modules for live streaming talents covering content creation, technical skills, audience engagement, and platform algorithms.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and coaching to improve team performance.
- Monitor live streaming performances, provide feedback, and implement strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align training with business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in live streaming and digital marketing.
- Track and analyze training outcomes, continuously refining training programs for effectiveness.
- Foster a positive learning environment, motivate talents, and promote team development.
- Proven experience in live streaming or digital content creation, preferably in a managerial or training role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design engaging training programs and coaching strategies.
- Good analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and improve content.
- Passionate about digital marketing, live streaming technology, and talent development.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- Salary range from SGD 6,000 to SGD 12,000 per month.
- Five-day workweek, from 9 am to 6 pm.
