1.Manage the full contract administration process from pre-award to project completion
2.Review and negotiate contracts, tenders, variations, and claims
3.Oversee project costs, budgets, and contractual risks
4.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
5.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures
Requirements
1.At least 8 years of experience in contract, or cost management for construction projects
2.At least a college diploma or above
