Sales Support Executive [WCAN]

- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to facilitate daily sales activities.
- Respond promptly to urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable, ensuring timely follow-up and appropriate communication.
- Coordinate incoming customer orders with Sales Representatives by verifying pricing, discounts, product codes, and stock availability before generating sales orders.
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide general assistance when the Marketing Department is occupied.
- Update and maintain commercial team sales revenue reports based on information provided by the Accounts Department.
- Follow up with key customers on after-sales matters, including service quotation disputes, service-related issues, and loan equipment arrangements, in coordination with the Sales Department Head.
- Prepare and issue sales quotations accurately and promptly.
- Utilise AI tools, where appropriate, to support administrative tasks, improve work efficiency, and streamline routine processes.
- Perform other relevant administrative and sales support duties as assigned.
