Associate Specialist / Specialist, Lab Services

What you'll do
- Comply with EHS regulations and cGMP requirements at all times.
- Accurately document activities and results in accordance with Lonza policies.
- Support daily laboratory operations, including housekeeping, buffer/media preparation, equipment checks, and environmental monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and logistics teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using Operational Excellence (OE) tools.
- Maintain and promote data integrity in line with company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What we're looking for
- Diploma in a relevant Science discipline or equivalent.
- Experience with laboratory equipment, validation, maintenance, and quality systems.
- Good understanding of cGMP regulations and GMP documentation practices.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, quality risk assessments, and technical documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing business needs.
