Job Description & Requirements
- Oversee and manage overall construction projects from planning to completion.
- Handle project management, site operations, contractors, suppliers and clients.
- Monitor project schedule, cost, quality and safety.
- Coordinate with consultants, authorities and relevant parties.
- Lead and supervise project/site teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle quotations, procurement and project-related documentation.
- Resolve site issues and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Support the overall business and operations of the construction company.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience .
- Strong project management and site management experience.
- Able to manage projects independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Singapore construction industry preferred.
