Recruitment Officer

Job Description:
- Source and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Establish connections with candidates and introduce relevant career opportunities.
- Invite candidates to company career webinars, seminars, and events.
- Conduct first-level screening interviews.
- Arrange interviews between suitable candidates and Hiring Managers.
- Assist with the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Manage company social media platforms where required, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram.
- Prepare daily and weekly accomplishment reports and work schedules.
- Work towards monthly recruitment targets set by the Manager.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- CEI certification is an added advantage.
- Preferably 1–2 years of relevant Talent Acquisition or recruitment experience; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and adaptable.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented .
