As a Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist therapists in preparing patients for therapeutic equipment and activities.
- Support the setup, supervision, and execution of therapeutic exercises for patients.
- Aid in the fabrication of devices necessary for patient rehabilitation.
- Manage patient records by preparing, retrieving, and filing documents.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of therapy areas.
- Coordinate the transport of patients to and from therapy sessions.
- Handle inquiries, manage phone calls, and convey messages accurately.
- Assist in maintaining an inventory of therapeutic equipment and supplies.
- Conduct inventory checks and prepare necessary documentation.
- Perform basic data entry and retrieval using relevant software.
- Maintain the upkeep of therapeutic devices and equipment.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' level or equivalent.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
