Accounts Executive (Income/Revenue Audit)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage revenue audit, ensuring timely and accurate recording of carpark revenue and reconciliation of receipts.
- Ensure revenue recorded in the parking management system matches ledger balances, and work with other departments to seamlessly integrate records into the accounting system, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Verify settlements and transmissions, ensuring reconciliation to bank receipts.
- Investigate and resolve disputes relating to carpark charges and payments.
- Prepare daily collection reports and collaborate with various parties to analyse revenue trend and report anomalies.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and annual statements to carpark owners.
- Prepare monthly financial schedules and reports as requested.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Reconcile receipts in transit, outstanding balances due from payment service providers and other balance items.
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify discrepancies.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced skills in computer software, including Excel, Power BI, and other accounting packages. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing revenue audit.
