Salary: Up to $5000 + 2 month completion bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Process new business and renewal submissions, including quote requests, name clearance, policy binding, and account management.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of premiums, commissions, taxes, and policy documentation.
- Coordinate with Underwriters, Shared Services, and Credit Control to ensure smooth policy issuance, renewals, and premium collection.
- Process policy endorsements, issue certificates of insurance, and maintain accurate policy records.
- Handle enquiries from clients and brokers, escalating matters to Underwriting where required.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation in internal systems in line with company guidelines.
- Support process improvements, UAT, projects, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members while providing ongoing operational support.
