Senior Engineer/ Staff Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects from start to completion, ensuring timely execution and delivery
- Prepare and maintain project and engineering documentation
- Review customer specifications and requirements to ensure they meet business and engineering needs
- Identify technical issues, gaps, and risks, and work with relevant teams to resolve them
- Develop project timelines, track progress, and follow up on key actions and deliverables
- Monitor project performance, quality, yield, and delivery, and drive improvement actions when needed
- Support process development, qualification, reliability, yield, and quality improvement activities
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, process capability, and cost
- Support new product and customer projects through technical review, feasibility assessment, and problem solving
- Investigate and resolve engineering and manufacturing issues using appropriate problem-solving methods
- Manage changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Relevant experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
- Able to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams
