Our esteemed client in the Construction industry is seeking an Design/ Coordination Engineer to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Position: Design/ Coordination Engineer
- Location: Central
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
- Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Review, coordinate, and manage design drawings with consultants to ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Analyse technical challenges, develop effective solutions, and oversee the planning, monitoring, and reporting of shop drawing production progress.
- Prepare and manage technical submissions for materials, construction methodologies, and Civil & Structural (C&S) shop drawings.
- Manage a team of BIM Modelers in the production of fully coordinated shop drawings and detailed construction plans.
- Resolve design and construction discrepancies by closely liaising with relevant team & regulatory bodies.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant design and coordination experience with contractors.
- Registered PE with PEB.
- Proficiency in British & Singapore Design Standards.
- Experience with BIM coordination processes and software.
