Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should possess a fun, confident and outgoing personality and be passionate about interacting with people. You will be working with our People& Culture team to:
- support the end-to-endrecruitment processes
- communicate with applicantsto follow up on their applications
- arrange for interviews forshortlisted candidates with internal stakeholders
- generate reports andperform data analysis
- attend recruitment events & career fairs
- assist with talent acquisition initiatives
- post positions on the company’s website and other job boards relevant tothe open position to attract qualified applicants
- act as candidates’ liaison from time of application through offeracceptance; facilitate smooth transfer of relationship to HR Business Partner
- support other People &Culture responsibilities as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Fresh graduates or with 1 year of relevant HR working experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate and manage stakeholders
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated to make an impact
- Creative and flexible and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment
- High level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to upholdconfidential information
- Strong project and time management skills
- Passionate about people and culture initiatives
