Assembly Specialist

Leica Microsystems seeks an Assembly Specialist to perform complex mechanical, electrical, and cable assembly work in a manufacturing environment. The role involves executing multi-assembly tasks, maintaining quality standards, and supporting production efficiency improvements at the Singapore facility.
Responsibilities
- Execute complex mechanical, electrical, and cable assembly work following defined sequences
- Perform multi-skill assembly across multiple products while meeting cycle times and quality expectations
- Complete accurate production documentation and maintain organized work areas
- Identify and support opportunities to enhance assembly processes and production efficiency
Requirements
- Multiple years of hands-on production assembly experience in manufacturing
- Demonstrated capability across at least three different assembly skillsets
- Working proficiency in English for documentation and communication
- Experience performing multi-assembly work against production targets
- Ability to maintain high workmanship standards and organized work areas
