Job Summary
Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a GP Clinic to ensure optimal functioning, high service quality, and clinical standards while supporting continuous improvement and patient satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the GP Clinic to maintain smooth and efficient functioning
- Deliver consistent high-quality service and uphold clinical standards across the clinic
- Register patients, schedule appointments, dispense medications and consumables, and collect payments accurately
- Perform general administrative duties including updating medical billings and invoices
- Conduct monthly stock taking of drugs and consumables to ensure adequate inventory levels
- Assist doctors during treatments and medical examinations to support clinical care
- Plan and execute action plans to enhance service quality and clinical standards
- Investigate and resolve patient complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Identify and lead work process improvement projects to boost service quality and patient experience
- Support management by preparing and analyzing clinic performance data for operational planning
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin to engage with Chinese-speaking patients and ensure clear understanding
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a clinic environment, preferably in a managerial role
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide clinic staff and manage customer relations effectively
- Strong customer service orientation with knowledge of basic business management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members
- Availability to work nights and weekends as required
