Senior Accounts Executive
Salary: $3,500 – $4,200
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
Location: Jurong
Job Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and other finance-related reports.
- Manage cash flow, banking facilities, trade financing, bank loans, and repayment schedules.
- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions, including collections and reconciliations.
- Maintain inventory records, perform stock reconciliations, and coordinate stock takes.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and overseas stakeholders on finance-related matters.
- Generate monthly sales reports and commission calculations.
- Support year-end audit and tax filing activities.
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full set accounts experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Familiar with inventory management, trade financing, and external audit processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
