Your Responsibilities

. Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and delivery documents

. Coordinate customer orders and deliveries with customers, suppliers and our sales team

. Handle customer enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service

. Maintain accurate customer and product information

. Follow up on quotations and customer requests

. Ensure documents and records are complete and well organized

. Support daily sales and administrative operations

Beyond Your Daily Work

As you become familiar with the business, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects such as:

. Building and maintaining our Customer Database

. Managing Product Specifications and Technical Information

. Developing Digital Product Catalogues

. Managing Product Photos and Marketing Materials

. Maintaining Product Price Lists

. Supporting WhatsApp Business customer service

. Improving work processes and documentation (SOPs)

. Assisting management with business improvement projects
