Associate Executive (MEC Ops)
He/She will be responsible in oversees the administrative and support functions of MEC Ops.
- Facilitates PSA and Nursing training programs and maintains staff database records.
- Coordinating of meetings, trainings and minutes takings as required.
- Streamlining or automate processes of routine work for continuous improvement.
He/She will also assist the department in collecting petty cash claims, to provide logistics for new joiners and/ or resignees, stock taking for stationeries and any other administrative duties when necessary.
The Requirements:
- Preferably Diploma
- Systematic and meticulous, able to multi-task
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
