This role supports UI/UX design, website management, and digital improvements to enhance user experience and online engagement.
Job Description
- Support UI/UX design and optimization for digital platforms and services.
- Manage website updates, content, and overall site performance.
- Monitor website usability and recommend improvements to enhance user experience.
- Support digital projects and initiatives with web and digital expertise.
- Ensure website content aligns with branding and communication goals.
- Track website performance and support SEO and analytics reporting.
- Troubleshoot website-related issues and coordinate necessary updates.
Requirements:
- Singaporean Only.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field or its equivalent.
- Understanding of user experience and digital customer journeys.
- Familiar with CMS management and website maintenance.
- Knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and digital content strategies.
