Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, visitors, and tenants through walk-ins or appointments.
- Assess customers' storage needs and recommend suitable storage units and services.
- Handle branch transactions, including sign-ups, payments, move-ins, move-outs, and merchandise sales.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage inventory, including supplies, merchandise, and marketing materials.
- Conduct facility inspections and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Coordinate routine maintenance and facility checks with internal teams and vendors.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Liaise with back-office teams on administrative matters.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or sales.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and committed to delivering high-quality service.
