Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s equipment purchasing activities from oversea.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, products, and services.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor purchase orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate the best possible terms.
- Ensure purchases meet required quality, cost, and company standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum [5] years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of suppliers, sourcing, and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing/procurement systems.
