What You'll Do
- Build, configure, and maintain platform infrastructure and integrations.
- Onboard government agencies by enabling secure connectivity and data integration.
- Configure API-based connectors and monitor data ingestion pipelines.
- Manage platform operations, including provisioning, patching, monitoring, and incident response.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues across network, authentication, and application layers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable platform services.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Administration.
- Experience with API integrations, ETL/ELT platforms, or data connectors.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and proxies.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and integration issues.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
- Exposure to cyber asset management platforms (e.g. Axonius, Armis, Qualys, ServiceNow CMDB).
- Familiarity with Singapore Government Cloud (GCC), WOG shared services, or cybersecurity platforms
