Key Responsibilities
- Process APAC drop-shipment orders and coordinate with planners, forwarders, transporters, warehouses, and customers for smooth execution.
- Consolidate orders and source cost-effective transportation and forwarding solutions.
- Monitor shipments, shipping documents, and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery and sales recognition.
- Manage import and isotank shipments, including port clearance, delivery coordination, and demurrage control.
- Prepare and review shipping, insurance, LC, and import documentation for Indonesia, Vietnam, and other regional customers.
- Maintain accurate stock records through timely GRN processing and warehouse coordination.
- Track transporter and forwarder performance and provide weekly open-order and OTIF reports.
- Verify logistics invoices, support annual stock counts, and coordinate with QC and finance on shipment-related matters.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in any discipline with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with experience in Letter of Credit and Drop shipment
