Sales Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Prepare and calculate tailored high volume spare part contracts for our key customers.
Drive commercial contract review meetings to ensure revenues and margin targets are fulfilled
Support customer negotiation process with sales & business development team
Prepare contract agreement documents in cooperation with our legal department
Responsible for commercial contract process (prepare quotations, check contract purchase orders and manage internal KPI reports)
Prepare regular contract reports and distribute to customers
Enter contract sales orders into order systems (ERP)
Be responsible for day-to-day contract fulfillment support. Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure contract commitments are consistently met.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by the company

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :

Pronounced customer focus
PC knowledge especially Microsoft Office - advanced XLS skills (power user)
Experienced in the use of ERP preferably Oracle
3 years' past experience in Customer Service Support or as a Sales Coordinator
Preferred to be able to start work immediately
Open to travel (sporadic)
Min. GCE A-Level or equivalent certificates in Business Administration.
