Job Summary
You will prepare sales documents, manage customer enquiries, coordinate between customers and factory staff, and perform administrative duties to support smooth sales operations, able to work in Senoko Road Factory.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders to support timely sales processing
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate effectively with customers and factory staff to facilitate order fulfillment and resolve issues
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks to maintain efficient office operations
- Maintain organized records and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage sales documents accurately
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams to support smooth sales operations
