Partnerships & Engagement, Assistant Manager/ Manager
SPH Media Fund
Based in the Coordination, Partnerships & Special Projects team, the incumbent will conceptualise, plan and execute campaigns and events for SPH Media, based on objectives, target audience and requirements.
In this role, your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Be responsible for managing campaigns and events from start-to-finish (includes conceptualising and programming to scheduling, marketing, budgeting, developing customer journey plan and producing post-mortem reports)
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive deliverables
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors to execute campaigns and events efficiently and effectively
- Work with various teams to deliver on targets and ensure that metrics are measured and met
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Job Requirements
1. Relevant diploma or degree
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in events management, marketing, engagement and outreach
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong organisational and project management skills
5. Experience in public relations and media handling
6. Detail-oriented
7. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
8. Comfortable with working both independently and collaboratively
9. Able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
10. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
11. Comfortable with cross-functional work
12. Proficient in both Google Workspace
13. Have an interest in thought leadership and business community/news
