Integrate predictive machine learning tools to forecast performance issues and prevent operational outages.
Automate configuration item synchronization between service management frameworks and central telemetry platforms.
Enhance overall system visibility and cross-platform dependency tracking to accelerate incident response times.

Professional background in IT operations, systems engineering, or software platform maintenance.
Practical experience working with enterprise observability suites and central logging frameworks.
Sound knowledge of configuration management databases and operational asset dependency mapping.
