Outlet Manager (TCM Tui Na / Massage & Wellness)

Job Description

As the Outlet Manager for Xiao Mei TCM Tui Na, you will oversee the daily operations of our massage and foot reflexology outlet, ensuring high standards of customer service, staff performance, and compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, customer service, and service quality
• Supervise and coach a team of Tui Na / massage therapists and reflexologists
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
• Monitor and drive sales targets, promotions, and membership/package sales
• Manage inventory of massage oils, linens, and consumables
• Ensure compliance with relevant licensing requirements, hygiene standards, and workplace safety
• Recruit, train, and onboard new therapists and front-desk staff
• Prepare daily/monthly reports on revenue, attendance, and outlet performance
• Liaise with management on marketing initiatives and business improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the spa, wellness, or TCM industry
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good understanding of TCM Tui Na / massage / reflexology services (preferred but not mandatory)
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving skills
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, scheduling software, Excel)
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
