About the Role
Smoo is looking for a responsible and motivated Retail & E-Commerce Sales Associate to support our retail, online sales, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, have a positive attitude, and maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance.
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Recommend suitable beauty, fragrance, and personal care products.
- Process online orders and respond to customer enquiries.
- Pack and prepare orders for delivery.
- Assist with stock receiving, inventory management, and warehouse organization.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Support livestreams, promotional events, and marketing activities when required.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
- Friendly, responsible, and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in both a retail and warehouse environment.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Able to carry and move stock when required.
- Retail, beauty, fragrance, or e-commerce experience required.
