About Us
Tecson Engineering Pte Ltd is a leading electrical engineering company in Singapore, providing innovative solutions in the industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in daily operations and assist with administrative and support tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Managing Director
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management
- Support HR functions such as onboarding, leave tracking, and employee records management
- Assist in procurement, office supplies management, and vendor coordination
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
- Assist in project coordination, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Assist in Business Development
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Willingness to learn and take on various responsibilities
