We are seeking an experienced Head of Global Sports and Strategic Projects to lead the development of global sports-relatedbusiness opportunities and strategic projects for the Company.
The role is responsible for identifying and developing newbusiness opportunities, building relationships with key customers and strategicpartners, and leading complex projects from business development and commercialnegotiation through to implementation and delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with theCompany's management, sales, technology and operations teams to developcommercially viable solutions that leverage the Company's real-time media,video transmission and related technology capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Company's global sports business strategy and identify new market and revenue opportunities.
- Lead business development activities for sports broadcasting, live event delivery, media technology and related strategic projects.
- Identify, develop and manage relationships with key customers, sports organisations, broadcasters, media companies, technology partners and other strategic stakeholders.
- Originate and develop new business opportunities from initial engagement through commercial negotiation, contract execution and project implementation.
- Lead major strategic projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders across different countries and markets.
- Work closely with technical and product teams to understand customer requirements and develop appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
- Coordinate with customers, technology partners and local service providers to support project deployment and delivery.
- Develop commercial proposals, project budgets, pricing models and business cases in collaboration with Finance and Management.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the preparation and execution of customer and partner agreements.
- Monitor project performance, revenue pipeline, project milestones and key commercial risks, and provide regular updates to Management.
- Represent the Company in customer meetings, industry events, conferences and other business development activities.
- Support the Company's broader strategic initiatives and undertake other strategic projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Significant experience in international business development, strategic partnerships, sports media, broadcasting, media technology or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the global sports, broadcasting and live media ecosystem.
- Proven track record in developing and managing major customer accounts and complex international projects.
- Experience in commercial negotiations and working with customers, partners and stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to evaluate project economics, revenue opportunities and business risks.
- Ability to work effectively with technical, operational and finance teams in developing and delivering customer solutions.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.

- Achievement of agreed revenue and business development targets;
- Successful development and delivery of strategic projects;
- Growth and management of key customer and partner relationships; and
