Risk Management/Control Manager

#Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the company in establishing, implementing, and optimizing investment risk control processes, mainly covering stock investments and PE project investments.
(负责协助公司建立、执行及优化投资风控流程，主要覆盖股票投资及 PE 项目投资)Monitor the risk status of the company’s investment portfolio, including market risk, concentration risk, liquidity risk, valuation risk, and operational risk.
(监控公司投资组合的风险情况，包括市场风险、集中度风险、流动性风险、估值风险及操作风险)Track stock investment trading records, changes in holdings, stop-loss levels, target prices, risk exposure, and investment limits.
(跟进股票投资的交易记录、持仓变化、止损位、目标价、风险敞口及投资限制)Assist the investment team in conducting risk analysis on listed companies, including company fundamentals, financial position, valuation level, industry risks, and market sentiment.

(协助 PE 项目的基础尽职调查，包括公司背景、商业模式、财务情况、行业前景、管理团队及潜在风险点)Prepare investment risk assessment reports, including stock investment analysis, PE project risk assessment, investment portfolio risk summaries, and risk alerts.
(准备投资风险评估报告，包括股票投资分析、PE 项目风险评估、投资组合风险总结及风险提示)Monitor market news, macroeconomic developments, industry changes, policy risks, and company announcements, and promptly assess their impact on the company’s investment portfolio.
(关注市场新闻、宏观经济、行业变化、政策风险及公司公告，及时评估对公司投资组合的影响)Report promptly to management when abnormal transactions, unusual share price movements, excessive risk exposure, changes in project risks, or other potential risks are identified.
(发现异常交易、股价异常波动、风险敞口过高、项目风险变化或其他潜在风险时，及时向管理层汇报)Maintain and improve the company’s internal risk control system, including investment approval procedures, risk checklists, project review processes, and report templates.
(维护和完善公司内部风控制度，包括投资审批流程、风险检查清单、项目审核流程及报告模板)Work closely with the investment team to ensure that investment decisions comply with the company’s risk control standards and internal approval requirements.
(与投资团队配合，确保投资决策符合公司的风险控制标准及内部审批要求)Submit regular risk control reports to management, including investment portfolio performance, risk exposure, key risk events, and market observations.

(协助处理合规文件、投资档案、内部记录及审计相关资料)Provide risk mitigation recommendations for different investment projects, such as investment diversification, position adjustment, stop-loss setting, exit planning, and internal process optimization.

Relevant Work Experience
Experience in risk management, risk control, securities investment, private equity, family office, or venture capital is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Those with professional qualifications such as CFA, MBA, CPA, CMA are preferred
(持有 CFA、MBA、CPA、CMA 等专业资格者优先考虑。)
Fluency in Chinese and English, including strong written, reading, and spoken communication skills, is required for this role.
