Sales Support

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales department in maintaining and preparation of sales date/reports, management and business reports, as well as updating of price list, preparation of any letter or documents etc.
- Liaise/coordinate with our brand principals in matters related to shipments documentations, repairs, and any other related matters.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Support the sales team in prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Assist in event planning and/or involvement in managing, organizing, and attending events, as and when necessary
- Perform administrative duties (eg. coordination for transportation and hotel, etc.)
- Follow up with contractors on newly open/renovated point of sales.
- And other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum ITE qualification
- At least 1 year of working experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Meticulous with a flair for numbers
- Meticulous, well-organized, able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinker who is proactive, resourceful, collaborative and is driven to deliver results.
