Private Bank Investment Product Admin (6 months contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding, maintenance and review of investment products across multiple asset classes.
- Assist with product due diligence, documentation and periodic monitoring activities.
- Ensure product records, approvals and supporting documents are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate product setup, changes and administrative processes with internal stakeholders.
- Provide support for projects, testing activities and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Some exposure to private bank investment products or financial markets would be advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with private bank internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Process-driven with the ability to manage documentation accurately.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Positive, collaborative and proactive attitude
