Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Chemical
- Position Title: Production Technician
- Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days; Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transport Allowance + Incentives + Completion Bonus (1-month basic)
- Duration: 1-year renewable contract
Key Responsibilities
- Performs filling of hydrogen peroxide and ammonium hydroxide in accordance with production targets and quality standards.
- Carries out production activities, including container preparation, inspection, washing, conveyor loading, palletizing, strapping, packaging inspection, shrink wrapping, material handling, and barcode generation and printing.
- Complies with QMS, EMS, and OHS requirements.
- Monitors process parameters, records readings on check sheets, and ensures all measurements are within the specified operating range.
- Operates handheld tools and equipment required for production activities.
- Performs operational tasks using the NAV system.
- Carries out basic maintenance and participates in production process and line improvement activities.
- Maintains cleanliness, orderliness, and general housekeeping of the production area.
- Follows workplace safety requirements and adheres to SOPs.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
