Our client is a multinational company in the Contract Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a QMS Engineer to join their Engineer team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the North – easily accessible.
The QMS Engineer's responsible:
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with regulatory and ISO requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal audits while supporting external customer and certification audits.
- Manage document control activities, ensuring quality documents, SOPs, work instructions, and records are properly maintained and updated.
- Review and improve quality procedures and documentation to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Support the implementation and validation of digital QMS and electronic documentation control systems.
- Conduct quality training and promote awareness of QMS requirements across the organization.
- Assist in investigating quality system gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the setup and standardization of QMS across multiple manufacturing sites.
Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 13485 and internal/external audit processes.
- Strong knowledge of document control, quality systems, and continuous improvement practices will be an advantage.
