Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of school premises
- Support school events by setting up and moving tables, chairs, and equipment
- Ensure school facilities are properly secured during closing duties
- Escort and supervise contractors carrying out maintenance and facilities works
- Monitor cleaning and toilet supplies and report replenishment needs
- Assist with administrative tasks, including receiving goods andcompiling delivery records
- Report building and maintenance faults to the Operations Manager
- Provide additional operational support duties as assigned by the school management
Requirements:
- Minimum Primary 6 education or equivalent
- Able to use WhatsApp or similar apps to take andsend photos for reporting purposes
- Physically fit to support logistics duties during school events
- Prior experience in cleaning services preferred
- Customer service experience will be an advantage
- Well-mannered with good interpersonal andcommunication skills
