Communications/Media Manager

Build the next chapter of Christian media and digital services
Streams of Life (SOL) is a social enterprise of The Bible Society of Singapore. We are developing SOL as a Christian media and production house that helps churches, Christian organizations and the Bible Society family communicate with greater relevance, quality and reach.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on team lead for SOL. The immediate priority is to establish the technical and operational foundation: production services, audio-visual and IT capability, websites and hosted online services, and a disciplined service-delivery model. A potential scope expansion may then be to help shape the next phase of SOL Media and its content and community work.
What you will do
· Contribute to SOL’s strategy and operating plan, and manage budget and performance reporting.
· Build the technical and operational model for video production, photography, post-production, AV and IT systems, websites, hosting and online services.
· Create a clear service offering and delivery model for BSS entities and selected external Christian organizations.
· Develop practical collaboration with the wider BSS social-enterprise ecosystem.
· Prioritize people, technology, assets, vendors and projects with sound commercial judgement.
· Maintain SOL’s existing media activity andprepare a measured plan for future content and community growth.
· Build strong relationships with churches, Christian organizations, partners and the wider Bible Society network.
What you will bring
· At least 10 years of leadership experience inmedia, production, digital platforms, communications, technology-enabled services or a related field.
· A proven ability to build or improve an operating capability, service business, production function or digital platform.
· Confidence across creative, technical and commercial conversations, from production workflows and digital services to budgets and partnerships.
· Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
· An appreciation for the mission of The Bible Society of Singapore and the ability to work sensitively in a Christiancontext.
