HR Generalist (West | Hybrid)

PERSOL Outsourcing is partnering our Client, a leading name in digital transformation and they are looking for HR talents to be a part of their team!
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Internships
Post and update job listings on Workday and external job portals
Coordinate interview scheduling for interns
Support background checks, security clearance, and reference checks
Prepare offer letters and internship agreements
Onboarding
Manage onboarding for new hires and interns, including data entry and documentation
Coordinate onboarding arrangements with managers (e.g. buddy assignment, work tools setup)
Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
Process employee and intern movements (transfers, leave, part-time arrangements, extensions, and exits)
Handle employment verification and reference checks
Manage staff declarations (e.g. conflict of interest, outside employment, annual declarations)
Support staff welfare processes (e.g. awards, incentives, gifts, and one-time payments)
Assist with leave administration and insurance-related queries including WICA claims
Reports & Administrative Support
Maintain HR trackers and support monthly reporting
Process work pass applications/renewals, invoices, and stipend claims
Handle vendor invoices and basic HR administrative matters
Requirements
Diploma in HR or related discipline
At least 1 year of HR generalist experience
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Office; SAP/Workday experience is a plus
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Able to adapt quickly and work independently when required
Working Hours / Location
Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6pm (Hybrid Work Arrangement)
Mapletree Business City (Pasir Panjang, Nearest MRT – Labrador Park)
