Staff Nurse (Community Day Care)

As a Staff Nurse (Community Day Care), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assist in day-to-day ward rounds.
- Assessing patient health problems and needs.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs.
- Implementing nursing care plan.
- Maintaining and recording patients' medical records.
- Provide information to patients and family members to help them understand their treatment.
- Ensure compliance to nursing procedures and policies.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma in Nursing with valid SNB registration
